16 Weeks To Show Your Puppy The World

The world can be a scary place for a dog who doesn't have relevant socialization.

Think about your lifestyle and what you hope to do with your dog, then make sure you get your puppy around whatever you think they may have to encounter in their life.
This doesn't mean let everyone touch your puppy or let every dog meet your puppy. Simply get out and about, safety and health in mind, and let your pup see the world. The window for imprinting relevant socialization slams shut at 16 weeks of age. There is no prying it back open.
This is also the PERFECT time for obedience training. Your pup will never forget what they learn during imprinting.

You can start training as soon as you bring your puppy home!
